Friedhats - Kiamugumo
COF-FD-0068Produced by the Kiamugumo Factory, part of the New Ngariama Farmers Cooperative Society in Nyangeni, Kirinyaga County, Kenya, this washed coffee comprises Batian, SL-34, Ruiru 11, and SL-28 varieties. Grown at 1,600 meters, only the ripest cherries were selected, depulped, and washed to remove the skin and pulp. Low-density beans were removed, and the remaining beans were dried on raised African beds to a moisture content of 11-13% before being taken to a central mill for grading and sorting. In the cup, expect a bright and complex profile with notes of plum jam, blueberry, and lemongrass, reflecting the meticulous processing and high-quality standards of the Kiamugumo Factory
