Honey and Melon

I attempted this bean multiple times with Origami, Timemore, and V60, and each time it gives me a balanced cup with round melon and honey flavor. I don't taste that much of citrus, however

Citrusy and a kick of sugar

I have enjoyed every Dak coffee I have ordered and this one lived up to its hype. I really enjoyed the melon sweetness and the citrus complex to it. Overall, great light roast and balanced acidity.

Absolutely delicious

Fantastic, balanced coffee with honey-like sweetness and citrus notes. Tasting notes are spot on. The roaster forgot to write the roast date on the bag, but Eight Ounce staff got back to me did some investigative work and got back to me on the date extremely quickly. Great coffee, great service.

Delicious columbian

big and juicy, one of my fav columbians this year

Bright Deliciousness

A great example of a bright coffee that isn’t too acidic when you get it right, with good amounts of sweetness and juiciness to round it out. Across multiple devices it does tend to draw down a bit slower characteristic of Ethiopian coffees so I had to adjust for that, but it was great to enjoy and share with others.

Tasty and Unique

So far I have only made espresso with this bean but it has preformed very well! It’s sweet like honey with some interesting notes. I can’t describe them exactly, but they are unique and surprising.
