COF-FD-0075Produced by 20 smallholders in Tolima, Colombia, this unique "Supernatural" processed lot comprises varieties including Castillo, Caturra, Geisha, Pink Bourbon, and Colombia, grown at elevations up to 2,000 meters. The coffee undergoes a 75-hour tank fermentation, enhancing its complexity and funkiness. The result is a vibrant cup with notes of pineapple, yoghurt, and cacao nibs.
