Tasting Notes: Black Grape, Apple, Chocolate.
Produced by 12 smallholders in Oaxaca, Mexico, this washed blend of Typica and Mundo Novo varieties is named "El Profe Elox" in honor of Felipe Chazares, the head organizer and buyer for Red Beetle Coffee Lab. Known for his extensive knowledge of the land, Felipe has helped bring together this microlot, which showcases a "mazafruity" profile. In the cup, expect sweet notes of black grape and apple, complemented by a creamy chocolate finish, offering a bright and enjoyable experience.
