Phil & Sebastian Coffee Roasters

Phil & Sebastian - Antigua Small Farms

COF-PS-0051
Our team works with the roasters we carry to maintain a selection of freshly roasted coffee in packaging that preserves the freshness of the coffee. We strongly believe you can enjoy an unopened bag of coffee 10 or more weeks past the roast date; however, we still aim to reduce pricing by 20% for any coffee once it is 6 weeks past roast.

Tasting Notes: Brown sugar, Almond, Orange

The ultimate crowd pleaser. Well grown coffees from the Antigua region are sweet, syrupy, balanced with a hint of fruit notes. A coffee you can go back to everyday. The team at Phil & Sebastian have been working with these small producers since 2010. They are mostly from the slopes of the massive Volcan de Agua volcano overlooking the town of Antigua. The coffee is a blend of caturra and red bourbon and it’s all traditionally washed by fermentation and then dried on raised beds.
