September - Jimmy Gomez Geisha Washed
COF-SP-0082This is September’s second year working with Jimmy Gomez. His farm, La Guadua, produces some of their favourite Colombian Geisha, and they’ve become great fans of his precise processing. Each cherry is hand-picked for ripeness, pulped, washed, and left in a tank for 48 hours. The coffee is then dried on raised beds for 15 days, resulting in a clean, vibrant, and juicy cup.
