This coffee undergoes a unique co-fermentation process using wine yeast, dehydrated fruit, and fruit glucose, resulting in vibrant peach flavors and a distinct, fruit-forward profile. In the cup, it offers intense aromas of orange and white peach, with flavors of orange lollipops and creamsicle, balanced by a citrus acidity and a creamy body, leading to a long, orange finish.
